How to pay by cryptocurrencies?
- At the checkout page, select cryptocurrencies as the payment method.
- We will then contact you with the order preparation time.
- Once you are fine with the order preparation time, we will send a payment link for cryptocurrencies from our official email or whatsapp business account.
What are the special terms for a refund for cryptocurrency payment?
- USD will be the default refund currency.
- The exchange rate between USD and the cryptocurrency when you submitted your payment will be used.
- A 1% transaction fee will be charged for refund (other fees may apply).
- Due to anti-moneylaundering policy, we can only refund to a bank account name that is the same as the name for the order.
