Return and Refund Policies
In the case of defective on arrival products and shipping errors, we will only exchange products for customers that contact us within 5 business days after the order has been delivered.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges / returns of items for other reasons, or for items that have been delivered more than 5 business days before customer notifies us of the problem.
Return shipping
You will be responsible to pay for return shipping to a designated domestic address within Japan.
When the goods will be shipped?
Each product has its own shipping schedule. The time of dispatchment to Japan for each product is equivalent to the delivery time to Hong Kong as listed in the "Warranty and Shipping" section in its product page.
We will contact you by e-mail or phone for the estimated shipping date if you are ordering items that are out of stock or may experience shipping delay.
