Please make an appointment with us to collect your item(s) by selecting a time slot in the calendar above (Hong Kong only for now).  Then click on "Add To Cart" button and complete the reservation.
  
Please contact us to confirm the delivery location and if you would like to reschedule.
  
Your order will be available for collection at the pre-agreed delivery location and time for 15 minutes. 
  
If you do not show up after 15 minutes passed the pre-agreed meeting time and our staff have to leave that location, we’ll send you a Whatsapp message to set up a new meeting place and time for collection.

Delivery options (outside Hong Kong):

- Shipping fee is calculated at checkout automatically (please contact us if not available).

- Import duty and/or VAT will be added to your order after you have completed the checkout process.

- For Taiwan, real name authentication at EZ Way app is required.
